In another lifetime, so it seems, I was known as Mirz — co-webmaster of a dozen or so websites* — mom, emoticonist, photo-manipulator, fiction writer, and closet superhero. That was before my world fell apart in 2016-ish. Since then, I have been holed up in the cornfields, fighting anxiety and depression, and slowly rebuilding my life…and health.

This is my blog, which I am sharing with my husband, Jim (Ravenwood is another life), and a few other family members and friends who may write guest posts. This is the chronicle of our journey from the brink of despair to returning to the online world. But, don’t worry, we won’t only talk about the sad stuff, but hope to have some fun along the way, too.
